Shipping Policy

• Standard orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.

• Customized jewellery items require additional craftsmanship time and typically ship within

12-15 business days from order confirmation.

• As our shipping partner delivers, we are able to ship to most locations within India.

• Deliveries are made to residential and commercial addresses only. Shipments to P.O. Boxes or

public areas are not accepted for security reasons.

• Shipping charges are applied as and when applicable, based on factors like order value,

destination, and courier service.

• Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotional periods.

• Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the given address.

• If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to the warehouse, and

customers will be notified.

• A tracking number is provided once the order is shipped, allowing customers to monitor

their delivery status.

• Customers should ensure availability at the delivery address during the estimated delivery

window.

• Jewellery items are securely packed in tamper-evident packaging to prevent damage or

tampering.

• Delivery requires a signature to confirm receipt.

• Customers are advised to provide accurate shipping details at the time of order, as address

changes after confirmation are not accommodated.
