2.1 All jewellery products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify

products without prior notice.

2.2 For customized jewellery (e.g., name necklaces, engraved products), the details provided by you

(spellings, fonts, languages, dates, etc.) will be used as-is. We are not responsible for errors in

personalization provided by the customer.

2.3 Images, descriptions, and displays on the Website are for reference only. Actual product size,

finish, and colors may vary slightly due to screen and photography differences.

3. Orders & Acceptance

3.1 All orders placed through our Website are offers to purchase and subject to acceptance by us.

3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including due to product

unavailability, errors in pricing, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3.3 Customized jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. For other products,

cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Invoicing

4.1 All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax

(GST), unless otherwise stated.

4.2 A valid GST invoice will be issued with every order.

4.3 Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

4.4 Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Payment5.1 Payments are accepted via secure third-party gateways such as Razorpay.

5.2 We do not store complete financial details (e.g., credit/debit card numbers). All transactions are

encrypted and processed by payment processors.

5.3 In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed. You are responsible for providing

accurate billing and account information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Orders are shipped within India using courier partners (including Delhivery) and are subject to

their delivery timelines.

6.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is handed over to the courier.

6.3 Delivery estimates provided are indicative and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g.,

logistics delays, weather, strikes, or regulatory checks).

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Website—including designs, images, logos, graphics, and text—is the
